Deletein class 1 = 2x , in class 2 =3x , in class 3 =4x . total students =9x .
in second case =2x+12/3x+12=8/11 , on solving we get x=18
therefore total students =18*9=162
its given a:b = b:c => b^2 = ac ; Now see a^4:b^4 = a^4 : a^2c^2 = a^2 : c^2 . This is the answer .
